Anodized Finishes on Aluminum Nameplates

The anodizing of aluminum nameplates provides a much harder surface than natural aluminum. Aluminum oxide is grown out of the surface during anodizing, becoming aluminum hydrate which is extremely hard. The anodized layer of aluminum is porous in nature, lending itself to colored dyes with long life. An anodized finish on your aluminum nameplate can deliver significant product appeal.

Custom Etched Nameplates

Etching is popular on both utilitarian applications as well as product identification. Nameplates produced with an etching process provide a durable product that will weather well. Etching produces an inset design on the surface of metal nameplates. Your branding message and/or machine tags will continue to be legible for years to come. Our in-house etching process is often complemented with screen printing. The epoxy inks screen printed into the inset or etched areas of the metal prove resistant to chipping and other forms of wear.
